01. Automation and Computer Systems:
Training on systems, operations, load control, cargo handling, EDI messaging, and mail handling.

02. Unit Load Devices (ULD):
Prevent ULD misuse, notify issues, maintain inventory, dispatch messages, and manage irregularities.

03. Ramp Fueling/Defueling Operations:
Liaise with ramp fuel suppliers

04. Catering Services:
- Liaise with Carrier’s catering supplier
- Handle requisitions made by Carrier’s authorized representative

05. Security
- Match passengers against established data and perform security questioning
- Screen checked, transfer, and mishandled baggage
- Identify security cleared baggage
- Screen passengers and cabin baggage, including physical examination
- Identify passengers prior to boarding and reconcile with their baggage
- Offload baggage for no-show passengers
- Additional security services as specified by the Carrier

06. Passenger Services
- Inform passengers/public about aircraft arrival and departure times
- Arrange transfer and transit for passengers and their baggage
- Report any irregularities in passenger and baggage handling to Carrier
- Provide or arrange for check-in counters
- Validate tickets and check travel documents, ensuring compliance with immigration requirements
- Enter passenger/travel document information into Carrier’s or government’s system
- Weigh and measure baggage
- Tag checked and cabin baggage
- Convey checked baggage to the sorting area
- Collect airport and other service charges from departing passengers
- Direct passengers from aircraft through controls upon arrival

07. Managing Functions
Representation: Act as handling agent, liaise with authorities, inform about schedules.
Administrative Functions: Maintain procedures, handle communications and documents, process invoices and orders.
Supervision and Coordination: Supervise third-party services, provide Turnaround Coordinator, communicate data, liaise with representatives, verify messages, report irregularities.
Station Management: Represent Carrier with authorities, secure slots and facilities, obtain permissions.

08. Communications
- Compile, receive, process, and send messages related to services performed
- Inform Carrier’s representatives of message contents
- Operate communication systems between ground station and Carrier’s aircraft

09. Flight Operations
- Provide and arrange for meteorological and aeronautical information
- Deliver flight operations documentation to aircraft
- Inform Carrier of any projects affecting operational services and facilities

10. Ramp Services
- Provide personnel and equipment for ramp services
- Report and take action on any damage or irregularity discovered
- Record irregularities and actions taken in documentation

11. Aircraft Services
- Provide and arrange ramp services and support equipment
- Prepare and arrange for aircraft servicing as specified

12. Cabin Services
- Provide and arrange cabin cleaning services and equipment
- Replenish aircraft cabin consumables
